1. Messaging Agreement
By providing a mobile phone number and enrolling in our SMS service, you agree to receive periodic text messages—automated or otherwise—from Canyon Lake Storage in accordance with this Section. Message frequency will vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

2. Opt-Out Procedure
To cancel at any time, text STOP to the number from which you receive messages. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. For assistance, text HELP or contact us by phone or email (see Section 4).

3. Limitation of Liability
Canyon Lake Storage is not liable for:

• Delays in message delivery;

• Any failure to receive messages due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier network issues);

• Carrier-imposed message or data charges.

4. Changes to SMS Terms
We may modify these SMS terms at any time. Continued use of our messaging service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We will provide notice of any material changes via text message or by updating this page.
